Patmos Retreat Testimonials
I joined Nina's Patmos retreat last summer with the aim of recharging my batteries after a stressful year and improving my yoga in a beautiful and serene location. Traveling alone I was made to feel like family, by Nina, and the rest of the group. Every day we went together to explore beautiful beaches and every night we ate together. From the retreat, I have made new friendships, improved my poses and enjoyed amazing new experiences.
I started practicing with Nina about 1.5years ago in London and never expected to develop such a love for Yoga. Nina and her classes have become an essential part of my weekly life in London & Greece. After less than a year of practicing, I went on my first retreat with Nina in July of 2021 and it was one of my best trips to date. The schedule had a great balance of power yoga classes, meditation sessions, hiking, workshops and a great dose of fun! Can't wait for the next one
Nina is an incredible teacher and her classes are very unique. She couples movement, dance, and yoga in a 75-minute invigorating practice that will get you sweaty and get your blood flowing! After seeing surprisingly good and fast progress in yoga (which I had never tried before) I decided to join the summer retreat in Patmos. It was one of the highlights of my summers in Greece, and I saw a great improvement in my practice. Can't recommend it enough, and I can't wait for the next one!
The perfect opportunity to work on your body, relax, and unwind on a unique Greek island while getting nourished by incredible local food. It was a wonderful week jampacked with power flows, yinyoga, targetted workshops, journal writing, meditation, hikes, swims, sightseeing, and more! The location is beautiful with spectacular views of the bay and sunsets. Nina, the location, and the service came together to make it an experience to remember.
