Smooth Flow: Great for mobilising & restoring the tensed body especially if you have a desk job!

A combination of Vinyasa flow & mobility where we are moving gently through the spine, joints and gradually the whole body. Slowing the flow down helps you feel the postures deeper whilst also focusing on flexibility and alignment. Whether you want a smoother practice, you are new to yoga or you are working with an injury, enjoy a juicy flow that connects breath to movement and helps you unwind the mind.
